I’m tardy in making this post but several weeks ago Bryan drove from New York to Los Angeles because the “torture was too severe”. He didn’t explain how being in a different city would help, and predictably, he had no perceived difference in health being in Los Angeles.
Bryan chose to park at the VA Hospital, live in his car, and scream at the top of his lungs with the windows down about “my heart”. This predictably resulted in a police visit. Bryan then decided, because of “police harassment” a few days ago to drive from Los Angeles to San Diego where he is repeating the same behavior and getting a similar response:

Bryan says that he walked by Congresswoman and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday, August 7th as she was being interviewed near the San Francisco VA hospital and links to this Breaking911 clip on Twitter.

There’s a guy in a black jacket and baseball cap who passes by on the sidewalk closest to Pelosi around halfway through the video but his face is fuzzy in the clip and he seems a little on the slim side to be Bryan. There’s someone else with a physique closer to Bryan who walks back and forth on the sidewalk on the other side of the street who I thought could have been Bryan at first but, once that pedestrian passes behind Pelosi and walks to the right side of the screen, we can clearly see that the person has dark hair and also looks more like a woman than a man.
I’d like to see a longer version of this Pelosi interview just for Bryan-spotting reasons but couldn’t find anything relevant on San Francisco news sites or on Youtube.

A doctor at the VA clinic in San Francisco suggests Bryan needs a mental health assessment. This scared Bryan out of the VA hospital (at least for the time being) and now he is trying to get care at UCSF.
A couple days earlier Bryan posted his “clinic routing slip” with a couple of areas highlighted. I’m not sure why he highlighted them; I think he’s trying to imply that his record includes some sort of flag saying he is either a nutcase and/or an infectious disease risk but the highlighted portions indicates he has no records for the PRF1 or infectious disease notes.

In the middle of a coughing fit, Bryan calls (presumably) a Russian embassy somewhere (starts around 30s) and begs the operator to be let back into Russia. Really pathetic.

I’m not sure what Bryan is even expecting to happen when he calls Russian embassies in random foreign countries on a weekend, does he think Russia’s going to fly a helicopter to San Francisco for an emergency airlift?
On Twitter, Bryan Tew lists 36 (!) different countries and territories where he says he was harassed. (While I’d love to travel more, I’ve personally never even been to 10 different countries in my whole life.) I noticed Bryan conveniently leaves out Russia (where the police laughed at him when he tried to apply for asylum in St. Petersburg) and Cuba (which I think completely refused him entry if I remember correctly) from that list.
The list reminds me of the song “I’ve Been Everywhere” by Geoff Mack (the Johnny Cash version that most people think of when they think of that song is a cover, Australian country singer Geoff Mack was the original writer and performer although it should be noted that his original version of the song was limited to Australian place names).
He also lists Uruguay as one of those countries that harassed him even though as recently as this week (it’s still Saturday as I’m writing this) he’s still claiming to be a “resident” of Uruguay because of his temporary asylum status which expired six months ago.

Other tidbits:
– Bryan’s still claiming to reside in Uruguay even though he hasn’t been back since he was granted temporary asylum (which ended almost six months ago).
– Bryan says he committed no crime worth of being banned from the Schengen Zone even though entering the border zone with Russia without a permit and poking around the closed border gates very much is a crime according to Finnish law and is almost certainly what got him flagged for questioning in Sweden.
– Bryan went to San Francisco because he’s hoping to fly to east Asia to get into Russia. I suspect he might be thinking of taking a ferry from Donghae, South Korea to Vladivostok, Russia.

That’s probably because most of her viewers have figured out by now that, if anything remotely interesting/entertaining were to happen in the video, she won’t entitle it “Gangstalking Perp Walk”. If you’ve seen one of Candy’s “Gangstalking Perp Walk” with a schizophrenic woman mumbling about headlights, numbers, colours, and elbows, you’ve really seen them all.

For Kyle’s sake, I hope he’s not planning on moving to that “American Village” in Russia. Bryan films a scenic view from outside the San Francisco VA hospital and couldn’t help but to think about all the homosexuals that are around him.
He also repeats the same lies about the circumstance surrounding the cancellation of his overseas medical insurance. His Cigna International insurance was cancelled because of insurance fraud – the policy does not cover treatment for existing conditions that he was trying to get treated for overseas. He owes a hospital in Beijing a few grand – he can certainly afford to pay for it but chooses to stiff them.
Bryan’s complaining about being given a room in the back of the “hotel” (really the San Francisco VA Hoptel, which provides overnight stays for VA hospital patients who don’t require a bed inside the hospital itself).

The Hoptel room looks a little utilitarian compared to a normal hotel room but, since it’s VA operated, I presume it’s free for Bryan and miles better than sleeping in a Toyota (not counting some of those awesome Toyota Hilux camper conversions). i’m not sure why Bryan would complain about being put in a room at the rear of the Hoptel, the view he provides from his window looks very peaceful with even a small sliver of the Pacific Ocean visible. Generally, if I’m staying at a hotel, I’d prefer a room away from the street side if possible.
Of all the VA Hospital campuses Bryan has been to, the San Francisco one seems to be the nicest by far. At first, I thought it was part of the Presido itself but it’s actually surrounded by a park that’s part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area just a little to the west of the Presido, separated only by the small Sea Cliff neighbourhood. The park contains several attractions including the USS San Francisco Memorial, the Land’s End and Coastal Trails, the Seal Beach, and the Legion of Honor, definitely the sort of place I’d be interested in visiting myself if I ever make it to San Francisco (a city I’ve driven around in many different videogames from GTA: San Andreas to Driver: San Francisco but which I’ve never been within a thousand miles of in real life).
That didn’t last too long. Bryan says he’s being “forced out” because his room turned into a “torture chamber”. He says he is leaving San Francisco altogether.
Just last night he was posting about being forced to daydream about erotic homosexual fantasies. I guess San Francisco was a little too “fabulous” for him.

Bryan has another police encounter after sleeping in his Toyota on the VA campus. Yeah Bryan, it was a really good choice to leave that hotel and go back to crying and screaming in the back of your car. This is what a sane sensible person would do!

This would be a good time to remind Bryan that intentionally giving false information to the police is a crime.
I went back and watched the small portion of this interaction that Bryan recorded. He couldn’t (or didn’t want to) produce an ID.
The officers had radios on them and the officer radioed in for a “29” which is a records / warrants check. It’s SOP for officers to run that kind of check on every law enforcement encounter.
Either the dispatcher would have replied that the ZIP code doesn’t match the address or the officer would just know that all California ZIP codes start with 9. Police radios aren’t some high tech tool just to harass Bryan like he makes it out to be.
In years gone by, Bryan would give out the address for a particular homeless shelter / day center in San Diego. Maybe that’s what he was trying to do here and tried to rattle it off by memory.
It’s pretty cool that the other officer could rattle off the exact CFR that Bryan was in violation of. I was sorta impressed.
Bryan, who was parked there for several days, lied through his teeth about not actually sleeping there. But that CFR also covers loitering. Pretty open and shut case.
For as mouthy and belligerent as he was he got let off pretty easy.
Bryan was again visited by VA police in San Diego early this morning. He was given a citation for “unauthorized sleeping and loitering” which carries a $100 fine.
He refused to sign the citation. Normally that would be grounds for an arrest.
In NYC, Bryan was splitting his time between the Manhattan VA and the Costco/Walmart parking lot in Teterboro and AFAIK he wasn’t getting hassled by cops. Just making an observation.
It might have something to do with his yelling and screaming about his heart at night which is drawing attention to him, in which case that’s his own goddamned fault. He says he wants the whole world to hear his cries but he apparently doesn’t want anyone calling 911 on him.
It could also be because of the tense situation with immigration enforcement in southern CA going on right now and the police are just more on edge than usual.
I don’t feel like helping Bryan here but I can’t help but to think that he would be better off with one of those travel vans or any kind of van (like a Sprinter or Transit) where he could actually install a full-sized cot and either not have any windows at all, or just black them out so nobody can see he is sleeping inside and have a partition between the front and back so nothing can be seen from the windshield.
Of course none of that matters if you’re yelling at the top of your lungs. Someone’s gonna hear you and call 911.

He rants about his VA benefits still being suspended. If you noticed, he has been continuing to badger Mr. Kennedy at the VA who is a case worker for the VA fiduciary program. He boasts about being a “crypto day trader” despite having some rather staggering losses. Not exactly a flex for someone who wants to portray himself as good with money.
I thought Bryan still had ~$100K in crypto, even with his losses? Maybe he cashed some of it out?
I believe he withdrew like $20,000 for a trip to Russia that he has yet to make.
Bryan says he is experiencing vision loss and a schizophrenic voice is taunting him about it.
