Bryan Tew Relocates to New York & New Jersey

This is more of a recap than an update but the previous thread was getting long with updates, so it’s a good time to make a new one.

If you want the full update, please see the comments of the previous story, but these are the highlights:

Bryan misbehaved and got kicked out of the VA shelter in Los Angeles, so he booked a ticket to New York. For several weeks, Bryan was living out of a rental car he got at JFK Airport while he searched for a suitable used car to purchase.

The search took a while because car dealers couldn’t or didn’t want to sell a car to someone with out-of-state residency. This resulted in Bryan issuing bogus legal threats to car dealers (that went nowhere, obviously). Then Bryan gets in touch with a TI in Stewartsville, NJ who agrees to let Bryan use her address to claim residency.

Bryan purchases a 2006 Toyota 4Runner in New Jersey and he’s been living in the car since. He shifts between a parking lot in Valley Stream, NY (Long Island) next to a Dick’s Sporting Goods and Buffalo Wild Wings, and a Walmart / Costco parking lot in Teterboro, NJ as his actual spot to live.

Today Bryan purchases yet another laptop (a MacBook Air) that he says will be used to file more frivolous lawsuits. While Bryan is setting up that MacBook, he is driving his car around the parking lot and the police get called on him.

Bryan very deservedly receives a citation for driving around with a phone in his hand and a laptop in his lap.

  1. It’s only on Facebook right now as far as I can tell (reluctant to link to Facebook videos because of how “long” they appear in the comments) but he goes to the police station and claims that, because he was parked when the police show up, he doesn’t deserve the ticket for holding the phone while driving even though his own video is proof enough that he did hold the phone while driving.

    • I think I’m going to send a “heads up” email to Teterboro Police with a couple of selected clips about Bryan and inform them about his dubious residency status.

      • Another thing, I’m not going to claim the guy in the Chevy Silverado wasn’t also a bit of a jerk but wasn’t the minor sideswipe largely Bryan’s fault because he was blocking a narrow passageway around the side of the store that he shouldn’t have been blocking in the first place?

        • This was as close as I could get to where he was parked at the start of the video in Google Street View. He was parked against oncoming traffic roughly where that shrub at the corner near the yellow bump posts is in the Street View image (although the shrub seems to have been removed since the Street View shots were taken).

You can’t see from this angle but the perimeter of the store has yellow markings about two feet wide on either side of the lane clearly marked “No Parking – Fire Lane” so I don’t know why Bryan felt he absolutely had to park there when it’s a Walmart parking lot and there are probably hundreds of parking spots available unless that was the only place he could get a wi-fi signal from inside (which still isn’t an excuse for blocking an access lane).

      • I sent a quick email to the Moonachie Police (Moonachie provides police service to Teterboro). Turns out Teterboro is a really small community and really the only thing they’re known for is their airport.

I remember Teterboro from the movie “Sully”, ATC offered Captain Sully Teterboro Airport as a landing destination after he hit the flock of seagulls.

Anyway other things Bryan will have to worry about:

        • His temp tag expires on 12/13. Wanna bet he doesn’t get his permanent tag before then?
        • His driver’s side headlight is busted. I know he has been driving at night.

Either of those things can earn him more police citations. If he keeps being a pest, I’m sure the cops will continue to issue citations to him.

Furthers my view that no two “TI”s believe the same thing.
But they do both share too much about their urinating, he shows it laying around with bottles of his, she pees….well, everywhere.

  2. Bryan wasted no time in typing up his lawsuit, or at least the first page of it. His target is the VA. Don’t know what his cause of action is yet.

The first thing I notice, he is suing the “Veterans Administration”. The last time I checked, VA stands for “Veterans Affairs”. I guess that’s a relatively minor detail in the scheme of things but it won’t impress the judge to bungle the name of your defendant.

I know the VA has a checkered history in providing medical care, but in all the stuff Bryan has posted, it seems to me he was very well treated. They pretty much rolled out the red carpet for him and gave him reasonably prompt access to free housing, medical care, and etc despite all of his shenanigans.

I’m going to guess: he’s going to complain about all the times they told him he needed a psych eval and he’s going to complain about how his pills from Mexico were confiscated at that shelter in Los Angeles. He may also claim that the VA did not protect him from all the mean people at the shelter (i.e. the guy who he shoved in the canteen in LA, and maybe he’ll mention that other guy in NYC, though I don’t think the NYC incident was at a VA shelter).

You normally cannot name the government as a defendant in a lawsuit, due to the theory of sovereign immunity unless the government consents to it. There are two related laws called the Federal Tort Claims Act and the Westfall Act that provide some allowance to bring lawsuits so whatever Bryan decides to do will have to fit in the framework of these laws and I doubt he has a reasonable understanding of it.

    • Other questions:

How many laptop computers has Bryan purchased over the years and what keeps happening to them? I know there was that time he left a bag containing his computer at a bus stop in San Diego (in like 2016 or 2017) but he’s had several since then and there is no clear story behind the whereabouts of the others.

Why does Bryan need a $800-$1000 laptop (ballpark price range for M1 and M2 MacBook Airs) to type up a simple document? Chromebooks range from $150-$350. Low-end Windows laptops can be had for just a little more. Any of those will handle word processing tasks with ease.

If I kept losing expensive laptops for some reason, I would probably try to cut my losses and start buying inexpensive alternatives.

      Reply
      • I wouldn’t want a Chromebook since I do like to do a modicum of (older) PC gaming but I’d be perfectly happy with a used Windows PC from a few years ago that Bryan could probably get from a second-hand PC shop for less than a quarter of what he spent on the Macbook Air.

In other tech news, we got to see Bryan’s Facebook Stories Ray-Bans for the first time since the mall kerfuffle two weekends ago. I wasn’t even sure if he got them back but today he was setting them up to work with the Macbook Air, possibly to avoid getting another ticket for filming with a phone while driving. Filming while driving is a perfectly acceptable use of the Facebook glasses, and miles better than filming with a phone, my only minor concern is that he couldn’t get prescription lenses for them so hopefully his uncorrected vision is good enough to be able to drive without corrective lenses.

  3. Bryan Tew records himself driving on the interstate with a phone in one hand talking about how he has fantasies of killing people.

Doesn’t wear his seatbelt either – just notice the seatbelt light is flashing.

(Personally I don’t care if someone doesn’t wear a seatbelt, that’s only going to hurt you if you wreck, but driving distracted while having psychotic fantasies about murder bothers me more)

Yeah, Kevin, I don’t doubt that you know quite a few black people since you live (or lived, depending on whether you’re moving back) in the Atlanta area. However, none of the people you name (or semi-name, I guess you never bothered to learn James’s surname) are responsible for the voices in your head.

  6. There’s another set of videos on Bryan’s Facebook page. I’m giving Bryan credit, he is trying to get his expired tag situation sorted out but he’s gone about it rather poorly.

It’s about 10:00pm ET when he posted these videos. He’s camped out in the parking lot of the car dealer. I’m not sure if he expected someone to help him this late or if he planned to sleep there overnight and wait for someone to show up in the morning. The sun screen in the window makes me think he was going to spend the night.

This dealer has a night watchman who confronts Bryan and tells him to scram but Bryan basically ignores him. The watchman calls the local PD and PD arrives.

Didn’t watch the whole thing yet but the bits and pieces I see, Bryan is belligerent to everyone involved and talks back to the cop who is very patient with him.

  8. Bryan had a phone chat with Lt. Jeff Napolitano of Moonachie Police today. It was a pretty dumb phone call and Bryan wasn’t happy with the Lt.

I don’t feel comfortable linking the video because Bryan decided to share a photo of the Lt. and his family (wife / children) overlaying the audio of the phone call.

Does Bryan not realize how creepy this seems, and how involving his family is totally inappropriate?

    • Bryan’s getting the actual footage of the incident (where, yes, I think both Bryan and the Portuguese flag scarf guy each share some of the blame) but I suspect he’s not going to get the hour before and the hour after even with a subpoena since it’s been a week now and Walmart can only store so much security camera footage at once.

If I had to guess why Portuguese flag scarf guy went around the back of the store twice, I strongly suspect that it could’ve been because he was confused which side of the Walmart he needed to be at to load that big-screen TV since some Walmarts do loading at the rear. He should certainly have been more careful steering clear of Bryan’s Toyota but, on the other hand, Bryan shouldn’t have been parked in the access lane (which is a fire lane) in the first place.

    https://www.foxnews.com/us/arizona-man-claims-be-jesus-crashes-tries-kill-demon-possessed-driver-kids-tow-cops.amp

An Arizona man is facing an attempted murder charge after allegedly ramming his car into another vehicle carrying two children and trying to kill the driver in order to “get the demon out.”

Scott reportedly told police during a follow-up interview that his name is now “Jesus” and that he had been having troubling thoughts in his head for the past few days.

Another accessory/proxy to terrorism. Authorities and scholars need to be informed that he is just a victim of electromagnetic weaponry.

Schizophrenia is electromagnetic interference caused by terrorists with access to advanced weaponry.

The cure is to shield the nervous system by using absorbing material like meat or living in a shielded room.

      • That reminds me, there was just a mass murder in Canada last night in Vaughan, Ontario (a suburb of Toronto) by a boomer from Italy in his 70s who was complaining about “electromagnetic waves” in his condo.

        https://torontosun.com/opinion/columnists/lilley-court-and-social-media-records-show-vaughan-shooter-a-deeply-disturbed-man

Court documents show that Villi was convinced “electromagnetic waves” were undermining his health and that his neighbours were involved in a criminal conspiracy against him. Villi was involved in multiple lawsuits including one claiming six fellow residents of his Vaughan condo complex “caused him harm, pain, suffering, stress, damage to physical and mental health and his financial well being.”

I had a look at his Facebook when his name started making the rounds on Twitter as being the suspect and it was not a pretty sight, in a lot of his videos he had mucus dripping from his nose which I think he thought proved something beyond him having a cold or allergies.

        • Oh wow. Imagine being in the situation where you have a neighbor like this who accuses you of operating a high-tech machine that is making them feel ill to the point of several failed lawsuits and police visits over the course of years and you wondering when the guy is going to snap and if you’ll still be around after he finally has his psychotic breakdown.

One thing that has bothered me is that the state bar is trying really hard to get MAGA lawyer Lin Wood to take a mental health exam over one of his tweets and some accusations that he got into a fight with some colleagues, but people like this are allowed to coast through society as ticking time bombs.

I definitely do not think there are easy answers to people like the mucus-drooling shooter guy (yes, I saw his Facebook too. Gross!) but it seems like more can be done based on some of the common themes of these people.

  10. I learned a new term that is soooooooo very close, I think I will stop using “paranoid.” Persecutory Delusions. It is paranoia on speed. It is not just thinking that someone is out to get you, but having those thoughts be your belief system, impacting every thought and action of your life. It’s not just “They” it is everyone. As most of these nutters are also narcissistic, that fits in, too.
Case in point, Candy knows that no business would change buildings unless she is sleeping there. She knows any siren, airplane, helicopter or motorcycle is there just to bother her. A hearse? It is only on the road to put a fear of death in her (and she wants to believe this, because doing a bit of research showed she was in an extended stay motel with 2 cemeteries within three blocks, something she would have found with a map search inane easy step.) It is believing every white, gray/silver, black, blue or red car moves only when she can see it; in past years those colors amounted to 91% of all cars produced. And that anyone wearing red, at Christmas time, is a person paid to bother her for too many reasons to list.
That is usually a part of deeper issues like schizophrenia.
Which she has been getting paid for, accepting money for the past 18-19 years while denying that diagnosis and refusing treatment.
She gets all upset when people say she is scamming people. But she has been scamming the Social Security system, so…?

  11. Sorry to continue this sub-thread, but her audacity has reached new levels. She has found an extended stay hotel for about $600/week. She wants help for two weeks. And the money she will need for food during that time. Which will be delivered meals, so I’ll guess on the cheap end of $15/meal, three meals a day, so $45/day for 14 days (her next SS check) which means $630 for meals. And extra for transportation and “necessities.”
She wants people to just give her almost $2000, at Christmas. Because she would rather lay in bed and whine on video than go to a shelter and practice some self control. And she has been whining about how shelters aren’t free. The Salvation Army shelter would take $300 for an entire MONTH, and includes meals. She says she wants to be “independent.” Asking for $2000 for two freakin’ weeks in about as dependent as you can get. She says people shouldn’t judge her without knowing “her story and struggles,” yet labels people with really profane things because they wore a red shirt at Chrismas time.
And who would “traffic” her to do anything? How? Where is her evidence? People using their phones in her sight is not evidence of anything. And these bad people “taking pictures” of her with their phones, while SHE IS TAKING VIDEOS OF THEM WITH HERS? WTF?
Luckily, someone on TickTock has suggested people watch her videos before forking over their hard-earned money, and it seemed to work. Kudos to them.

    • Nah it’s cool.

Saw her latest round of pity videos.

Yeah I’m with you on all of that. She doesn’t want to be judged on how she chooses to life her life and spend the money she gets, but she wants everyone to pity her when she’s out in the cold and the rain. She could be somewhere warm and dry 24/7 if she was better with her money.

She calls everyone around her “narcissistic” when it is clear she doesn’t actually know what that means (she doesn’t ever explain how the term applies to any of the people she labels with it). The truth is she’s the narcissistic one, just from the examples you gave. She thinks all the loud noises are directed at her. Every minor annoyance is a plot against her.

I know she’s obsessed with this blog. She has started blaming me for some of the various things that have happened to her. She responds to my comments from here on her “Gang Stalked Creole Author” blog. Like that time I chided her for accusing the guy with a shaking leg of being a “perp” and told her to mind her own business. Her response was that was something only perps do. She couldn’t explain how the shaking leg guy actually harmed or harassed her.

  12. Hahahaaaaaaa……truer words will be deleted by Candy as fast as she can get a screen shot. I is something everyone who thinks about “helping” her should know. Candy has a list of place, about 60ish, across several cities and states. Getting banned by even one place is bad, but that many is a HER problem. A really big one. Shelters work with people who are a lot worse off than she is, mentally, emotionally, and physically, and those people get a bed and meals and everything else…until they act like an asshole. And even then, they will let the person back in if they understand what will not be tolerated. Candy is banned very much deservedly. That she doesn’t understand that is another delusion.
Like that she is a nice, polite, caring, giving person. Her own videos portray her as mean AF, rude, self-centered, greedy and needy. No one has to tell people that about her. They just need to watch her own videos.
And she needs to practice better eating habits. She had a meal (of course, never enough served) of meatloaf, candied yams, mac & cheese, grits and dessert. No vegetables, no fruit, just starch, carbs, sugar and salt. I admit, I am overweight. But I am two inches taller and 100 lbs less. My sweat pants are a “L,” she finds “XXXXL” too tight. And thinks she is starving. WTF?

  13. I hope Candy wants to get herself worked up into a tizzy by looking for things people say about her. So she sees this.
Candy, there are millions more people experiencing worse weather in worse accommodations than you. Where I live, we have been below 0°F since last night. With snow. And high winds. $400 here would feed, bed, warm, and attempt to cheer more people than just one person who doesn’t know what a tornado is. Or that ordering a “1/2 and 1/2” Panera menu option means a half portion of two things. If you want a full bowl of Mac, order one, but you will have to pay for your salad. No one is gyping you out of food, you just cannot understand menus and portion control. You look like a fool whining about how little food you get, when what you are given is the correct portion. Stop whining and ask before ordering. Early-Bird specials are smaller portions for cheaper. If you want full portions, pay for them. Learn to read. Learn to understand what you read.
If you need shelter, ask politely at the Red Cross or what shelters are available. Then FOLLOW THE RULES LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. The only reason you are banned is your own behavior. Something you admit you have been hearing your entire life. Get a clue and know it’s YOU are the only common thing. You call people names, damn them to hell, are rude and abusive…all while saying “don’t judge someone because you don’t know their story.” You judge every person that doesn’t give you money or give you your way, like a petulant child. GROW THE HELL UP. Take some responsibility for YOUR bad choices. Your neediness is nauseating.
And stop saying your handicap is your sensitive ears or the vague “I had two strokes when I was 5.” Your handicap is mental illness. You do not get treated. You deny that is the issue. Yet you have taken the money for 18+ years. That makes what you do to SS a SCAM. It’s fraud. Do you think no one will report you? THINK AGAIN.

As far as I can tell from Google, Teterboro Walmart usually closes at 11 p.m. and there are probably some employees who work overnight doing stocking or cleaning, but Christmas Eve night is one night when nobody except security (and snow clearance companies, if it snows) really has any business being in that parking lot.

  16. Candy should not be allowed in restaurants. She has no clue how the business works, how to read a menu, portion size, how wait staff is paid, how to be polite, that her buying a meal (or sometimes just part of a meal) does not count as rent to stay as long as you want–it’s called loitering, and can get you banned quickly….and on and on.
On holidays, especially those which close or limit the hours the next day, a restaurant will guess how much of each item they will serve, serve that, clean up and go home. It is wasteful, both in food and labor, to prepare to serve a whole menu for the entire time; and if you guess short, you go home early.
But pity the fool who comes between Candy and her food. It is obvious she has never truly needed more food. Her own stories of eating leftover food in school shows a deep rooted need to feed. How she has managed to gain weight while “starving?” Sad and sickening .
Just because she thinks Christmas is Satanic doesn’t mean everyone else doesn’t want to get home early to celebrate. No one needs to accommodate her need to feed. And it certainly doesn’t mean anyone is discriminating against her.

  17. Candy, who has been staying in many hotel/motels doesn’t seem to understand about the placement of beds in each room. Rooms are usually mirrored, which keeps plumbing for two rooms in a single clump; my father traveled as a Management Consultant and wondered about the rooms he stayed in and how things were placed, so I remember him talking about it. So the beds are headboard to headboard, separated by a (usually too thin) wall. So if one bed moves, the person in the next room knows it.
Do you think she is ever going to figure out that the “bumping” is very deliberate, but not directed at her in anyway? They be having sex, Candy. Unless you feel comfortable enough to ask them to stop, or maybe ask them to do it across the bed so they don’t disturb you, I’d suggest turning up your earbuds for 20 minutes or so. And thank the Lord they don’t seem to be vocal. You’re lucky they aren’t screamers.

Further proof of her problems is her misunderstanding the words “envy” and “jealous.” Candy thinks people carry these thoughts about her. She has stated that I am jealous of her because she is a “published author,” which is insane; anyone can publish just about anything on Amazon. And what does she have or do that someone would envy? She is the Queen of Projection….but she projects projection, too.

  18. Bryan appears to be deliberately misrepresenting his current location in recent YouTube videos as being recorded in Tampa, FL. You have to click-through to the YouTube website to see the tagged location metadata as it doesn’t appear in the embed.

Both of these videos are posted approximately 24 hours apart and on different YouTube channels so that suggests to me it wasn’t just a one-time thing that maybe he did by mistake.

I guess he could just be exceedingly lazy and only typed “T” and selected the first suggested location so I’ll throw that out there, but he did it twice.

Anyway, I know he is not in Tampa because the “City MD” clinic in the background of one of the videos is a chain of Urgent Care clinics that only exist in NY and NJ. There is a City MD location in Teterboro.

    • On the comments on one of the videos (the one titled “TV I”), a commenter notices that there is a flashing green light in the background and suggests that this is the DEW that is making Bryan’s heart beat irregularly. I definitely laughed at that suggestion.

The flashing green light is almost certainly the green/white rotating beacon located at Teterboro Airport which is literally across the street from the Walmart / Costco that Bryan regularly spends his nights. Those beacons are there so airplanes can visually identify the airport while in flight at night.
