Flyers that are contaminated with a very potent opioid.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not surprised to hear about yet another drug-using TI. Our favorite TI (Bryan) was a heavy user of Xanax and Oxycontin before returning to the US where doctors cut him off from easy access to those drugs.<\/p>\n<p>The question I have is &#8211; do TIs lead themselves to drug abuse to get relief from their delusions or does their drug use cause them to have these delusions to begin with?<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">URGENT: Flyers placed on the windshields of some <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/HCSO?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#HCSO<\/a> vehicles this afternoon at 601 Lockwood have tested positive for the opiod Fentanyl. One sergeant who touched a flyer is receiving medical treatment.
